Tub-to-shower conversions
Our most requested bathroom project. We remove the tub, reframe and waterproof the enclosure, set tile or slab, and finish with glass. Curbless entries, benches, and grab bars available when accessibility matters.

- A standard hall or guest bath usually takes 2 to 4 weeks; a primary bath with a custom tiled shower, new vanity, and tile floor typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Tile, glass, and fixture lead times are the biggest variable, so we order materials before demo begins to keep the schedule tight.
- We manage the whole project. Demo, waterproofing, tile setting, plumbing fixtures, vanity and cabinetry, lighting, shower glass, and the final paint all run through one contractor with one schedule and one warranty. You make decisions once and we coordinate the trades.
- Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested bathroom projects. We remove the tub, reframe and re-waterproof the enclosure, set the tile or slab surround, and finish with a glass door or panel. Grab bars, benches, and curbless entries are available if accessibility matters.
- Swapping a vanity, tile, and fixtures in the same locations generally does not require one. Moving drain lines, changing the shower footprint, or adding circuits and exhaust does. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections as part of the project.
- Waterproofing is where cheap bathroom remodels fail. We use a proper waterproofing membrane behind the tile, slope pans correctly, seal every penetration, and spec mildew-resistant paint on the walls and ceiling. It is invisible work that decides whether your bathroom lasts 5 years or 25.
