    On-site walkthrough

    Measured, documented, written.

    We visit your home or property, measure every surface, photograph existing conditions, and listen to exactly what you want changed. Then we hand you a written estimate, line-by-line, so there are no surprise charges later.

    Color & design

    Sherwin-Williams & Benjamin Moore experts.

    Picking color is the fun part, until it isn't. Our designers help you choose palettes, sheens, and finishes that look great in your light and hold up in San Diego sun and coastal humidity. Free large-format samples on request.

    Skilled execution

    Premium prep, premium product.

    Our W-2 crew masks, patches, sands, and primes before a drop of color goes on the wall. We use low-VOC premium paints, drop cloths on every floor, and daily clean-up so your home stays livable while we work.

    Final walkthrough

    Punch-list signed off, in person.

    Before we pack up, we walk every room and elevation with you, flashlight in hand. Anything that's not perfect gets fixed on the spot. You sign off only when you're genuinely happy, not when we say we're done.
